Redactify#

Overview#

Redactify automatically detects and redacts sensitive data from your HubSpot engagement records. It scans emails, calls, meetings, notes, and tasks for Social Security Numbers (SSNs), credit cards, API keys, and other Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

With configurable per-pattern actions, you can choose whether to redact, clear, or delete records, all while maintaining a sealed audit trail for compliance purposes.

Capabilities#

• Recommended Pattern Library: Copy a curated set of patterns (SSNs, EINs, credit cards, phone numbers, API keys, bearer tokens, and more) into your portal’s settings to start protecting data on day one.
• Per-Pattern Actions: Each pattern can independently redact (replace the match with [REDACTED]), clear (empty the field), or delete (archive the entire engagement).
• Configurable Field Selection: Scans email bodies and subjects, call bodies, meeting bodies, note bodies, and task bodies — narrow the list in settings if you only care about a subset.
• Sealed Audit Trail: Every redaction is logged with metadata only — the original sensitive content is never stored by Redactify.
• Action Priority Escalation: When multiple patterns match the same record, the most aggressive action wins automatically (Delete > Clear > Redact).
• Custom Regex Patterns: Add your own regex patterns to detect proprietary data formats or industry-specific identifiers.
