Installing Delete#

Get Delete running in your HubSpot portal so you can start automating record deletions safely.

Requirements#

  • You must be a Super Admin in your HubSpot portal to install Delete.

Installation Steps#

  1. Initiate the Install: Navigate to the OrangeMage Apps page and click on Add Delete to HubSpot. You will be redirected to the HubSpot OAuth authorization page.
  2. Select Your Portal: Choose the HubSpot portal where you want to install Delete.
  3. Grant Permissions: Review the requested permissions. Delete requires delete access across all standard and custom objects to function. Click Connect App.
  4. Ready to Use: Once the OAuth flow completes, Delete is active. The “Delete Record” workflow action becomes available immediately — no additional configuration is required before your first workflow run.

Accessing Delete#

Delete does not have a standalone dashboard for daily use. Once installed and configured, it operates entirely within the HubSpot Workflows tool as a Custom Action.
